On behalf of Bishop Burbidge, we would like to provide you with the following updates and information regarding registration for the 10th National Eucharistic Congress.
 
The Congress is scheduled to take place in Indianapolis, Indiana from July 17-21, 2024. Information can be found here: https://www.eucharisticcongress.org/. The Diocese of Arlington has secured tickets for the Congress and is working with Corporate Travel Service (CTS) to arrange a “tour package” for members of our diocese to participate. 

Registration to be a part of the diocesan tour may be accessed by clicking here. Pricing for the tour package includes an entry pass into the venue for the 5-day Congress, 4-nights hotel accommodations, and specified meals. Please note that the price for the package does not include transportation to/from Indianapolis. However, CTS will work with you as a part of our Diocesan tour to assist with purchasing travel once it becomes available. Current estimate is that flights will be approximately $400. Please see the linked flyer.

Tickets are limited; early registration is highly recommended. As with any conference, the cost and experience of the conference will be much better if participants can easily walk from their hotel to the conference center. Our secured tickets are in hotels within walking distance. It is preferred that our entire diocesan group to be in walking distance. However, those hotel rooms are quickly disappearing as groups from other dioceses begin to purchase tickets.
