Women of St. John's

The objective of the Women of St. John's group is to bring together the Catholic women of our parish in spirit, service and social fellowship. Our mission is to give glory to God by serving the various needs of the parish and serving our fellow man with charity, and thereby encouraging the sanctification of its members.

The Women of St. John's has recently reorganized under the leadership of Jan Akers, chairman. Sub-chairs include Marina Bise (spiritual); Tambi Spitz (social); Maria O'Brien (communication) and Meghan Mulherin (service).

If you are interested in participating in any capacity -- whether volunteering your time for ministries or fundraisers, or simply coming to monthly events -- please email us at thewomenofstjohn@gmail.com.

You can also join us at the Women of St. John's Facebook page for timely updates and announcements.

There are also many other outreaches taking place among the women of our parish, listed below. If you feel called to donate some of your time to one of these worthy enterprises, please contact them directly.

Even if you are unable to partake in these outreaches, please join us in prayer. In this way, all of the women of St. John's will be united in prayer for our parish and for God's glory.

Mary, Queen of Peace
